Cleveland, Ohio - Mr. Gasket’s new “Shadow Series” fittings and hose deliver a stylish and affordable alternative for insuring leak-proof plumbing of coolant and fuel lines. “Shadow Series” offers cutter-style swivel fittings for stainless steel braided hose applications in 5 through 10 AN sizes. These are machined from aircraft quality aluminum, are rated at 1000 psi and are safe with virtually all automotive chemicals including E85 gasoline and diesel fuel. “Shadow Series” also offers affordable push-on aluminum fittings for use with 250 psi rubber hose. Designed to exceed the requirements of conventional grease, Ultra-Performance Grease (UPG) is a non-corrosive, multi-service synthetic grease that significantly reduces friction and heat allowing bearings and bushings to run cooler, smoother and quieter resulting in less drag and significantly longer bearing life. UPG also delivers excellent oxidation resistance, outstanding extreme pressure capabilities and is stable at high temperatures. It provides excellent resistance to water emulsion and washout making it ideal for use in extreme off-road applications. And unlike a conventional battery box, this unique design allows full access to the side and top terminals and the carry handle. Four mounting holes in the back of the box and eight in the bottom make for easy universal mounting in any off-road vehicle, race car or truck as well as any marine application.
