The originator of the "Off Road Specific" fabricated 9" axel housing. Thomas and Eddie are engineering geeks with a passion for four-wheeling. After perfecting ground clearance issues by building the ultimate off-road 9" housing, they created the "pro-series" of fabricated knuckles that allow for 45 degrees of steering.
Savvy Off Road
Tustin, CA
Gerald Lee from Savvy Off Road brought the aluminum body protection to the Jeep market with his series of light-weight, but strong, bumpers, corners and rocker guards.
Quadratec
West Chester, PA
Craig Jaros and crew installed the top and other odds and ends to complete the rig. Quadratec is the largest retailer of Jeep products in the country. They supplied a top, tube doors and lots of other pieces to complete the project.
Industrial Depot
Gainesville, GA
Industrial Depot has supplied PowerBlock shows industrial fasteners, hardware & shop supplies for years, so it's no surprise they sent in volunteers for Search & Restore. Jeep build specialists Brian and Zachary Darr are avid off-roaders who run Darr's Custom Design & Collision Repair in Jerseyville, IL. With experience in everything from diesels to semis, this multi-talented father and son team were key players in the custom TJ project.

A leader in Jeep armor and protection, Off Road Evolution installed the corners, rockers and tube fenders for the project. Mel and crew are well-known for building and testing Jeeps to their limits.

True Hi 9 re-invented the Ford 9" 3rd member drop-out by creating the first-ever hi pinion 3rd member for the 9". Mike built the Mega hi 9s and showcases his new pinion-support design.
Mastercraft Safety
Santee, CA
Mastercraft Safety is the leader in seat development for hard core off road trail trucks and race vehicles. Full suspension seats not only provide a comfortable place to sit, but they also absorb a lot of the shock to the driver when out wheeling. For Jason's Jeep Lizard, Mastercraft Safety brought two Mastercraft Baja RS seats (the original reclining suspension seat) and a factory fit bench seat for the rear.

Rugged Radios
San Luis Obispo, CA
Rugged Radios supplied full communication to Jason's Jeep. Individual headsets for each passenger allow the ability to talk to one another or listen to music. They also supplied Jason with a base station set up so if there is trouble on the trail, Jason can radio back to Med Camp HQ for instant communication to the camp office.

PSC Motorsports
Azle, TX
The Jeep is getting a PSC "ram assist" steering system. This system works with the new PSC steering gear to divert fluid to the ram on the front axle to help turn the tires. Along with this system is a newly-designed cooler system that will cool the trans and the steering system.

Jimmy Penner of Essentially Off Road, is known throughout the southern US as the go-to guy for suspension design for hard-core wheeling. He and his crew have thousands of custom suspension systems running in everything from daily-driver weekend wheelers, to hard-core crawlers, to high-end Ultra 4 Race cars.
Wide Open Designs
Murfreesboro, TN
This Murfreesboro full-service fabrication shop specializes in building one-of-a-kind turnkey buggies and roll cages and builder parts for off road applications. Owner Adam Woodlee created the custom roll cage to protect Jason and his girls.
Misfit Motors
Franklin, TN
Will Hewitt of Misfit Motors helped get the Jeep a properly working air conditioning system. He added brand new oil to the compressor which was shipped dry, and charged the system with r-134a refrigerant. After checking and determining there were no leaks, left the team with a fully functioning a/c system.

The father/son team of Bo and John Shacklett handled all the machining on the Jeep's 4.0 liter straight six. Shacklett's has been a friend of the PowerBlock for years, machining mild engines like the one in Jason's TJ, all the way to working with the HorsePower guys on high performance power makers.
