    Here's a rolling roll-cage maker. Get the most from these two essential metalworking machines, while keeping your die sets, tools and accessories organized. All-in-one on a heavy duty steel rolling bench. The bender creates up to 180-degree quality bends, either round or square forms. Its capacity is 1/2 2-inch, 0.188 wall. The notcher has an industrial two-speed drill motor and is rigid in its 1/2-inch steel frame for precise, gap-free, notches.

  7. Dake 350 Cold Saw

    The 3-speed, manual Dake 350 circular cold saw has a 14” diameter blade and cuts up 4-3/4” diameter tubing and 6-1/4” x 3-1/2” rectangles. The cold saw head rotates to 90° for slotting. It has a cam-activated vise for quick clamping and release. The large spindle and gear has an adjustable clutch to prevent over feeding the blade.

    The powerful metal fabricating belt grinder has a 4 h.p. motor with belt speed of 6,600 fpm for rapid metal removal. Advanced belt tracking with a fixed position front wheel eliminates belt walk-off. The hinged top cover opens for grinding large pieces on the entire length of the belt. The grinder pivots on its own steel base for easy adjustment to accommodate various work piece sizes and shapes.

    These flared hole dies are designed to eliminate edge tearing even when used on high strength 4130 chromoly sheet (normalized condition), with laser cut holes (hardened edges). Manufactured from premium hardened high carbon steel for maximum life, and useable up to a max sheet thickness of 0.090-in. for chromoly and 0.125-in for mild steel.
